1. Disclaimer of Warranty & Protection

Divte Vault is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not take any responsibility for anything that happens to your system or your data while using this software.

We try our best to give you protection, but it is not a 100% guarantee. While Divte Vault might save you many times from malicious threats, it will not protect you always. Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production) does not warrant that the software will be error-free, completely secure, or that it will effectively contain all types of malicious software (malware), zero-day exploits, or advanced persistent threats. We are no responsible if you downloaded software from uknown sources and it done anything to you. You agree that we can shut down software at anytime without any notice.

2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production), its developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use or inability to use Divte Vault.

This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, hardware damage, financial loss, physical damage, mental stress, or system compromise resulting from "sandbox escapes" or the execution of malware within or outside the isolated environment. By using this software, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no one can sue Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production) even if they get hacked, suffer from physical or mental stress, lose their data, or a virus breaks through the isolation. We are not liable for any damages and will not repay or compensate you in any form.

3. Not Promoting Untrusted Software

Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production) does not promote or encourage downloading untrusted apps, game files, pirated software, or malicious executables. Divte Vault is a security research and protection tool. By using our software, you assume all risks associated with executing any files you choose to run.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Divte Vault solely for lawful purposes. You shall not use the software to:

• Sell, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or donate Divte Vault without explicit authorization.
• Develop, distribute, or test malware for malicious deployment against unauthorized targets.
• Bypass digital rights management (DRM) or engage in software piracy.
• Engage in illegal activities, unauthorized penetration testing, or network interference.

5. Critical Security & Usage Warnings

Anti-Cheat Systems: You are strictly prohibited from running competitive multiplayer games that utilize kernel-level anti-cheat software (e.g., Vanguard, BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat) inside Divte Vault. Doing so will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your game account. You assume 100% of the risk if you ignore this warning.

File Transfers: Divte Vault isolates files. You must NOT copy, paste, or drag files from inside the isolated vault back to your main desktop environment. Doing so completely breaks the sandbox protection. Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production) shall be held completely harmless for any hardware damage, data loss, or system compromise resulting from users manually transferring files out of the vault.

6. Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering

Divte Vault contains proprietary algorithms, code obfuscation, and trade secrets belonging to Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production). You are expressly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, or bypass the cryptographic protections applied to the application binaries.

7. Changes to Terms

Aditya Diwate (operating as Aditya Divte Production) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
